4. Follow the easy "check out" steps in our shopping cart.
5. When you submit your order, a receipt form will appear. We suggest you print a copy of this for your records. **Make sure you write down your order number ie., 976653835-24140000172
6. Click here to create a printable Gift Certificate you can fill out and give as a gift. Your order number from your checkout receipt (example: 976653835-24140000172) is the number you fill in for the Authorization Code # on the Gift Certificate.
