| The Print Mount HS/Series Combination Heat/Vacuum Press utilizes a high technology heating system. Multi-zoned, silicone embedded electrical elements heat a black glass platen, providing uniform, efficient transfer of heat. Modular controls, including a standard digital readout temperature controller and vacuum gauge, allow easy operator monitoring of both heat and vacuum systems. Automatic shut-off timer, easy-open gas springs, durable rubber diaphragm and gasket and heavy-duty vacuum pump are also standard features of the HS/Series press. The body of the press is fabricated with extra-sturdy, heavy-gauge steel, including a stay-cool top, which can be used as a work surface, even while the press is in operation. The all-steel construction of this press makes it the most durable unit for commercial operations. The frame is able to take the punishment of heavy-duty usage.
