VN 4L
The Mitre-Mite VN 4L is a bench top frame assembly machine designed for small productions runs. This Machine can precisely insert or stack V-Nails into the same corner positions frame after frame. After the framer sets the stops (up to 3 nail positions per corner), the V-Nails are then driven at the correct positions along the frame joint by simply touching the hand lever and stepping on the foot pedal. Other features include a pneumatic load / feed system to eliminate jams, "soft clamp" pneumatics for damage free joints, and a "quick change" hold down to fit most profiles.
V-nails can be driven in three positions without moving the frame or clamping system.
